Política de reembolso

 

Should you wish to return your item, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery via our email address hello@tribal-unicorn.com
You must email us with your purchase order number and a picture of the item if faulty before sending any returns.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by us with proof of postage.
We can not currently accept exchanges, we can only offer a refund.
We are under no obligation to pay return postage fees.

Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging. If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If the item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.
On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of order. 

We are not responsible for any fees incurred at customs via International Shipping
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We use Royal Mail and DPD to fulfill our delivery requirements.
 
CUSTOM ORDERS

We are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for custom orders unless faulty/damaged.

Delivery times for custom orders and wholesale may take 1-2 weeks to ship from the date of order.
