We accept returns and exchanges

The customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by us via tracked post.

UK and International shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges are not accepted on Custom Items

We are not responsible for any fees incurred at customs via International Shipping or for shipping fees incurred via returns and exchanges.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
