What's in a box?
You'll receive a full-sized, hand-poured, and decorated, 200g candle every month or two smaller candles. Sometimes we may include a little surprise! The candle will be one of our limited editions or from our best-selling seasonal range.
Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is automatically deducted from this item at checkout. Giving you a saving of £4.20. No code is needed at checkout.
You will still have the ability to include other items at checkout if you wish.
Shipping will not be deducted from those items.
Can I use a discount code?
Additional Discount codes cannot be used with this item. If discounts are available in store, this item must be purchased separately.
Discounts are available on this item when purchasing a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription package.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the 15th of every month, your candle will arrive within two weeks.
What's the cut-off date to receive next month's box?
To receive this month's box, you must have subscribed by the 12th of each month.
How do you choose what candle to include?
It all depends on the seasons! We carefully pick which candle fragrances to send you each month.
What if I don't like it?
If you don't like the candle we've sent, gift it to your friends or family.
Can I order internationally?
International orders for this subscription box are not currently available with free delivery.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime however if your payment has been processed you will receive the remaining boxes. For example, if you cancel after your upcoming box has been processed, you will receive the remaining box as scheduled. Refunds are not available for the candle sub box as these items are custom-made.
Each candle is carefully handmade and therefore may vary slightly in design as no one item is ever the same as the other. We have taken as much care as possible to ensure that the photographs represent each candle as closely as possible. The colours may vary slightly due to their uniquely created design.
